1300 PSF onwards vs 650 PSF onwards
FH vs FH
Gamuda vs EcoWorld
How to compare? Totally different positioning. Moreover, units left are very very unfavourable.
Do read my email again. Its RM 1015 psf onwards and its for much smaller units so obviously the psf will be much higher. If the sizes are similar, we would be looking at maybe RM 850 psf for Robertson. Yes I know that 50% of the units are already taken up but many of the lower floors are still available.

But I think it still can be compared on a price vs loc basis. RM1015psf for this location is considered very reasonable while RM 650 psf is a bit on the high end of the scale for Taman Wahyu area.

Plus with the development on the cards for the Bukit Bintang CBD area and former Pudu Jail together with its close proximity to Times Square, Sultan Ismail and the general centre of KL, I think the Robertson offers more value for money.
