How long for waranty claims?, almost 3 weeks....

From my last thread about my gf ibook that just bought for a fews days and had dvd-rom problems....
now waiting so long....really piss off....call many times and the excuse is"when it arrive,we will call you back:, and no status about the ibook...my gf  so much....feel so angry coz make my gf sad...... |

i guess sometimes it's the computer parts that's being delayed.. so the whole repair process also got delayed...i dont think they stock all the replaceable parts ....
