Hey all sifu notworthy.gif

I'm facing the problem as topic above.
Bought an ipad4 wifi 16g last year December.
Now my iPad screen is bleeding at the left bottom corner when the background is black.
It's very obvious to see it at night.

I brought it to switch at the mines.
Told the guy my problem and he also found it out.

He gave me an answer that this problem will not be covered in the warranty as its default problems which faced by plenty of buyer.
He said previously some of the customer insists sending in the iPad to repair but yet at the end when they get back their device it's still the same as the unit is not replaced.

I would need recommendation and suggestion from all sifu on solving my problem here notworthy.gif
If possible I would like to know which service centre should I go to get my problem solved ?

Thank you so much. smile.gif

Backlight bleeding is very common for iPad. When I bought an iPad2, it was bleeding badly and I sent it in for a replacement. The replacement still bleed but much better than the first.

Fast forward and now I had an iPad4 as well. Your guess is as good as mine. Yes, it still bleeds but slightly improved.

Anyway, if you insist, send it in to QCD in Berjaya Times Square (cant remember which floor) or VR Technology in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng. Tell them the backlight bleeding is severe. If you insist, they will still send to Singapore for an inspection. Whether or not they will replace is another question. The whole process only took 2 weeks or so (minus the holidays etc). Worth a try...

Some are quite choosy and will RMA even for the slightest bleed.
