I think you got mixed up a bit here, they are from two different cartoons dude..(kid icarus, simon belmont, megaman and captain n) -> captain N the gamemaster
(cop, basketball guy, tomato, big foot) -> another show called Video Power (half show video game review , half show cartoon)
Dont forget the super mario super show too!
