IMPORTANT!! Message for future customers: (Merely my feedback on this seller, although is long, but i spend my time to share with you guys) Hopefully you are not the unlucky one.
Think over before deal with this seller. To me, I will never trust this seller again, to me, all his words cant be trust ! For my case, I would like to share here. Hope you all pls think over and over again before choose to have his services.
I same as you guys, purchased an unlimited plan from him. While getting the simcard and modem, it ad delay 1 week ++ for it. But, is ok. Received in good conditions.
Here story start, after using for 2 weeks, received one message from maxis said that I already reach 90% of my quota limit. But in fact, i only use up to 1gb++.. So, I contact this seller, he told me that he will do adjustment for me. Ok, good service. It really adjust another 4gb for me. After using for a while, same case arise. I recontact this seller! He told me that maxis suddenly stop this plan... And he promised to take responsible and re-register a new plan for me. Up to this still ok! To me, he still got responsible for his customer. So, waiting for him to resend me the new sim card.
As he promised, it will be reach by 25 Sept. On that day, I din received it. So, I contact him and rush for my new simcard. He told me that give him some times as he got many customers to serve and not only me. Ok, fine! I understand. Give him few more days as he request.. He said will be reach by Saturday (28 Sept) with the sim activated upon receiving. On saturday, I still din received it. I contact him again. New creative and good reason given! He said he is on vacation, and the sim card is not sent by him. Is his upline in charge. He ad done his part.
What means this? Ok, fine. I keep tell myself be patience for it. As he also ask me to be patience. He said wait 2 more days will received. Which fall on 1 Oct. Thanks god!!! No more excuse given for the delay. FINALLY the simcard reach WITHOUT activation done as promised. So, again, he test my patience!!! I whatsapp this seller telling that this simcard not yet been activate as promised. Reason given by him again and again!
Here is the new reason, they normally wont activate it as they worried miss parcel lost will be misused. Good!! A good precaution from this seller! I accept this reason given. He told me that they will be activate it fast when parcel received. So, early morning in 2 Oct, he do his job help me activate (suspicious about it) , and he told me that after 6pm he get email stated that they closing daily sales report. And ask me pls wait abit more time. He promised again that he will help me to rush them..
On 3 Oct, he told be that he submit and activate by today. So, to him, 2 Oct and 3 Oct is the same day! Fine... I gave him more times to settle. He said 2 to 3 days for the process..And, this responsible seller will email to maxis and tell them my case is urgent case. So, supposingly I can get my sim activated less than 3 days right??
Time pass~~ On 4 Oct, third day after promised. I message him to remind him that today is friday, pls make sure my sim get activated. Else, i need to wait until next mon for the activation.
Here end the story, no reply from this seller thru whatsapp (but i can see his last seen is online status) and his phone number is not in service when i called him. Mayb he go for vacation again?? I also no idea for the upcoming reply & reasons.

Sorry for my sincere feedback on you, to me, to be a good businessman, pls dont over promised your customers if you cant make it. It will make them lost their trustworthy toward you!!
I am one of the unlucky customers here. Congratz to those who get a good services from him before this.
