It was in my handbag, and then my friend returned my charger to me so I mindlessly put it in the bag as well.

I may have leaned on the bag creating that pressure point crack..but other than that didn't do anything major (like sitting on it or stepping on it).. It was only in that bag for an hour or less.

I have treated my S3 much rougher tho, putting it in my laptop bag with my laptop chargers and stuff. It was a lot sturdier even tho it was plasticky :/

What does cracked screen gotta do with aluminum or plastic?

HTC One power button is on your left side, if you use left hand to hold, your finger is normally at the right top side, so to switch off/on phone, need to move to left side to switch on/off, while iphone power button is on the right side, it's easier to turn on from sleep mode, that is what I call ergonomic design. iPhone smaller screen also easier for one hand manipulate (although big screen advantage outweigh it !)

iPhone iOS is friendly and consistent, but not really customizable (which I hate), over past two days Android experience, I think people who prefer simple and elegant design will go to iOS.
*
I also just switch over from Iphone and I agree with you though I bought the One specifically for its larger screen. Eyes getting bad so can't squint at my ip4 and 5 screen anymore.

Didn't like the power button too so now using autoscreen onoff app to automatically turn on and off the screen using the light and proximity sensor.

Also because of all the apps I installed, the battery life was quite bad. Now still one by one turning them off and optimizing battery.

So yeah.. iOS has better out of the box experience. I remember when I first got my iphone, it was just transfer contacts and bookmarks and good to go.

Android a lot more toying around.

Would it be ideal to turn on power saver mode when charging? Since power saver mode reduce the battery usage, therefore it should charge faster right? Will it have any negative effect on the phone by doing this?
*
Don't see why there could be any adverse effect.

I have not seen a single report of any of these issue on XDA or from LYN members who are using Taiwan units.

Lab rat reporting in.

So far I didn't come across any bug. I think the camera's metering improved tremendously since can AE/AF lock now.

Thanks.. camera's jpeg engine issue. Too much purple hue.

I did a check with white paper written with blue ink pen and it's there... blue ink appears too purple.

But it does give more pop to other photos without blue though laugh.gif

No biggie... 2 sec fix in post processing.
