hi, first of all i would like to apologize if anyone has asked and posted the question that im gonna ask regarding the phone.

does anyone has any problems with the camera ? the shots are great but sometimes the camera goes blur and touch focus does nothing at all, appreciate if anyone can enlighten me more abt this.

appreciate all the answer given, i just recently owned a htc one silver i hope u dont mind adding me to the list as well, thanks in advance!

hi thanks for the feedback, i did many adjustment to the setting it self, im pretty sure i knew what i was doing haha, hmm but still end up blurry, imagine the live view is blurry, u touch the screen to focus but nothing happens, ive googled and youtube the problem and i was not the only one who has this problem, i really hope its the software problem haha ... what do you guys think ??

I was wondering too if this phone shows the lte symbol/icon, i have 4G with lte speed that ive checked using speedtest, but no lte symbol, can anyone confirm this ? thanks in advance !!

i can take the first , second shot as it auto focus by it self, then later when i try to take a photo again, the focus has that problem

the link below shows a user having the same problem, but he/she sent in for an exchange and it works like a charm after that, blurry photos exactly like mine

haha sorry..i searched for maxis servicing in kelana jaya.. my bad ...

just paid a visit to the htc service centre, luckily it is just right behind my house, told them about my camera issue (unable to focus), the lady said i can get an exchange coz my phone has only been a week old, looks like im gonna join u guys in line waiting for the phone to be ship and stuff, gonna send it soon, need to back up everything first, all because the camera is unable to focus .. hahahah =.=+ aih

i know this is slightly off topic, i wanna send my htc for replacement, but i dont have a phone to use for the time being, will anyone like to lend me their spare fone for a couple weeks ? haha

i believe my problem is quite rare ( correct me if im wrong ) bcause my camera cant focus by it self, i know im just so very unlucky to get a defect phone, other than that the phone is awesome and i love it, service center quite disappointing if u ask me

to those who has experienced their htc one replacement with the service center, please enlighten me on how the progress will be like and are there specific requests that i shud say to the technician ? thanks in advance

been reading alot of cases regarding getting the phone back from the service center, so im wondering who here has their phone back with the quickest and slowest period of time ?

so much for 1-2 weeks that they mentioned huh ..

i just recently sent my phone to the service center, there was a guy there who had to send in 6 times bcoz his phone has problem all the time, feel sorry for him, but it was not htc one i assume.

so here goes...day 1

hey i got mine from maxis paradigm mall too, but i got the last unit there, i am not sure if they will restock it :/
but unfortunately it was with defect where the camera focus is not working

when i got it on my hands for the first time it was fine and dandy ... then the problem starts same day but night time .. just sent it in for replacement recently, now i am on the waiting list

wow already page 43, anyways..after 6 days exactly, i have finally got my phone back from the service center, had to call them and ask if its ready and it was .. im a happy camper !
