I would also said its bad, sent mine due to backlight leaking issue 4 days after bought (weekend center not open). Until now haven't received 1 to 1 replacement due to "no stock"...
I just bought myself another HTC One this afternoon and going to sell the one I'll be receiving from the center.

I'd have bought another phone. Really disappointed with HTC

All these talks about bad 1 to 1 exchange process is scaring me...

i just got my powerbank and bluetooth headset... so i can throw my phone in my bag while charging and listen music in same time 

SONY SBH-20  (because got NFC lol)



works well with stock player.

got delay for 3rd party player like the current poweramp i use but good enough for me.

use NFC can straight connect to stock player

i get that because i can't use stock hands free because my ear using hanging type earbud.

get anker brand powerbank lol, i was aim that but after for few thought end up get a cheaper alternative like OEM yoobao for that. then dump my phone and powerbank in my camera bag since i almost carry it everyday 

Seems like HTC One price is quite solid compare to S4 lol
