I tried today didn't work as expected, although they did say that their team leader has taken his own initiative to escalate the matter in order to expedite the whole process. I've got great news to share today! Thank God, after exactly 2 weeks, (21st June - 5th July) I finally got my phone repaired. They sent it back the same way they picked it up; via UPS Courier Service. This time it's perfect! No more scratches, no more bent screen, exactly zero gap, and best of all...NO  dead pixel wheeee! It was definitely worth waiting. Tips for those who still haven't gotten their phone yet: I followed the advice of fellow forumers to constantly call them. You got to be very patient on this one as this is the most frustrating part of all. Best of luck to you guys! Thanks to everyone who kept my spirits up in enduring those dreadful moments. Really appreciate it.
