Getting Started

|
i was on 6.1.2 JB and decided to upgrade to 6.1.3. after i upgraded it, i updated my network when itunes asked whether i want to update or not. so i did. im using digi and i cant connect to 3g. it only shows E and the connection is really slow. after that i restore again without updating my network, it still does the same. i tried my celcom sim card on my ipad and the same problem also. it only shows E and not 3G. any solution?

You have to disable network and enable again. iOS is stupid because cannot force to 3G.

my ipad was jailbroken and after upgrading this problem occured to me as well.
You have 2 solutions - jailbreak again, use sbsettings to activate 3G. But 6.1.3 is nt jailbroken, so u must do the following. - the problem lies with your backup. Do a clean restore, DO NOT apply backup at all. If problem persists, register a new apple ID and repeat your full clean restore.
Updating carrier settings does not affect 3G reception i believe.
