Details of the complaint :

Tuesday 18/6/2013, I send SMS to his phone number whether the item (intel i5 2500k) still available or not..and he reply,the item is still available but he not at home due to oustation work in Pahang,but he will be back to KL within 3 days.after negotiate, he offer at price RM430 including shipping fees RM10 and another RM20 for his petrol and Toll to going back from Pahang to KL only to taking the Proc i5 2500k and ship to me..

Wednesday 19/6/2013, I send SMS and refuse to pay another RM20 (that he claim for petrol and Toll) and I only offer RM410 for Proc i5 2500k including shipping cost. So he agree and cancel RM20 cost..after that he suggest to me to buy his Motherboard Asus p8p67 Pro that cost RM250 that suitable for i5 2500k and also his DDR3 Corsair 4GB RAM. After Negotiate,he agree total amount will be RM700 for (Proc+Mobo+RAM). after that he give his Maybank Account Number. before I deposit my money to his bank account. First I google his maybank account, phone number and also his name and LYN nickname to make sure that this guy doesnt have any dispute case and any bad reputation,and the result is,I dont received any bad case for this guy for googling all his information. so i deposit RM700 (RM630 by Deposit Machine and RM70 via Maybank2u) to his Bank Account.

after that I send SMS to give all my detail like name and also my address for shipping purpose. he said that he will use DHL Courier to ship all the item. after several hour he send DHL tracking number (3543934844) to my contact number,to prove that he already ship the item.

Thursday 20/6/2013, I check the tracking number to DHL Website and also call DHL customer service to check the tracking number that been given,but both of them cannot track the transaction. I call and give SMS and he never reply,maybe he already off his phone. and I never get my parcel that I supposedly get by today.Parcel from KL to Klang I think take only 1 days. and the weird things is he still open the new thread and sell the Motherboard that I already pay him yesterday (19/6/2013) and still bump his thread that sell i5 2500k Proc that I already pay him too.

Friday 21/6/2013, Check tracking number but the result is still the same, no result was found.Call,SMS no reply,because he already off his handphone or maybe already change to another number.after that I report this case to LYN Dispute thread,and he aware and send PM to me and promise to refund back today,but sadly no refund was recevied and I give chance until Sunday 23 Jun 2013 for refund back.

Saturday 22/6/2013, Remind him to refund back,he keep saying that he will promise to refund today,but sadly no refund has recevied.

Sunday 23/6/2013, Remind him again,He promise to refund back,As he aware that the dateline that I give is 23/6/2013,but still no refund is received until now.and remain silent even he still online.

btw, why u dont state the scammer name and the full story?

Actually i already write the full story and also his detail to this thread,he aware that i already brought this case to LYN dispute thread..after that this guy promise to refund back my money today,and request to me to delete all his information in this thread ..if he failed to do so,i will write back the whole story,so waiting this guy to refund my money..just give him last chance

What is the amount??? if the amount is big then you have to put the info and make him scared so he will refund you the money soon and fast

Open back this case,bcoz seller failed to refund back as he promise to do so..

one thing about after getting con.
PLz do not be kind to scammer request not to post his/her info. U can do so after he settle the con-case. This is to let them know the seriousness of scamming and to warn other forumer/potential victim as well.

Promise is nth if nth has been done. hope u get ur refund back
also a friendly reminder, plz do COD with new member or any value that you deemed is alot/high. else only do POSTAGE with reputable seller saving few bucks aint worth the trouble.

Luckily I didn't buy from him. Just about the same time as you, I nearly bought CPU and MB from him, but deferred because I decided to get a MB with built-in Video instead.

Consider myself very fortunate.

Isnt it this case can turn into police case LOL. U have evidence here man!!! Go report and see how it goes. Let this guy get a real taste of how scammer life is. And also definitely this case will be bad reputation for lowyat if they cant solve this cause evidence u have lol.
