[HELP]uninstalling themes

i was using the gant shell pack last time. then i decided to change. although i ahve uninstall the pack, the gant icons is still displayed and i cant get rid of it. i apply icon packager but the gant icons are still there. anyone know how to get rid of them?

Can you print screen to us ?  Restore system default means reinstall window.Replacing the modifed window file of those icons. |

 as you can see, the icons at the start menu is partially gant and partially the icons i'm using with icon packager. |
