Basically from what i know, the 2.0e they are selling now is the DRB hicom staff promo. They will have to throw in ballot to book the car under their name first, then later if they are chosen, they will then only sell the car to you.

So it's actually quite a hassle to get the 20% discount price. If i were you, i'll just take the 2013 car with 7-8k discount.
