Actually I am looking for apartment for own use,
and found this One Ampang Avenue apartment
which located near Ampang Point.

Very interest for it due to the location, because I work near KLCC.

Need advise about:

1) How is the environment there?
2) How is the mixture of tenants? (Many koreans and Iranians? )
3) If there any parking place to rent now? How much per-month?
4) How is the management?
5) How is the maintenance of the Facilities?

Stayed there for a year from 2009-2010.

Very much a Korean enclave. Majority of my neighbors were Koreans at that point of time.Koreans are very much well disciplined and keep to themselves within their own community...Quite happy to have them as neighbors. During that time, i started seeing some Iranians moving in and i must say those that i seen when i was there are quite bad, (not sure how it is now). I have a neighbour next door who are iranians students and when they start drinking at night, it is really a nuisance...the guards were as helpless as us! Noisy and rowdy and even sprayed the fire extinguisher all over the lift landing and even outside my house once!

Management, parking, and maintenance during my time there were quite good, taking into consideration this is quite an old condo. The guards at the entrance were quite strict as i was told that there are some korean embassy staff staying here.
