QUOTE(gbx @ Jul 16 2013, 08:26 AM) no funny sound or uncomfy vibration detected..sound in the cabin while cruising is in comfy & satisfying level..never try to go speeding yet..still in break-in mode.. 1st time owning a new car here... how long should the break-in last? and mind sharing how u break-in ur car?it drips from near leg aircond vents to the floor..and i think some of it soak below the floor covering..is it bad? |

one thing that is consistent in all the info i hv read so far, is no cruising on highway at a constant speed (sigh... was planning to drive to KL with the car.)
here's another piece bout this topic http://www.popularmechanics.com/cars/how-t...ak-in-a-new-car this piece http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm however claim that we should floored the pedal... of course not at a constant speed and gear. he suggested to accelerate n decelerate, for each 2nd gear till 4th gear. i think the main question here is, is the engine a newly assembled engine? i think if it is a newly assembled engine, maybe the flooring method is correct? while for new car, like some articles mention, the engine hv been broken-in by the manufacturer b4 being put into the car, and thus babying it is the correct way to break it in? this is my theory... any opinions? |

QUOTE(no name @ Jul 30 2013, 06:11 PM) Im banker. Im aware bout the guidelines. It states that bank can only gv hp loan up to 9 years only. Its quite shock to know now that they hv made it more strict this came as no surprise to me. recent report has shown that M'sia is one of the countries with the highest household debt if not the highest. sooner or later, some measures nd to be taken to lower down the number. but i think these rules can only do so much, as the price of house, cars and everyday expenses keep going up, while the income of the citizens do not increase in the same proportion. |
