It is always to service your car early b4 the stated service mileage or date (usually in months). Or else, some SCs may waive the free labour charge if you exceed the stated mileage or date.

Cheers!

I got my Cerato 1.6 on 18/7 and started driving on 20/7(Saturday) till now (just six days). Today I found that there are some water dripping in front of the car after drove about 10 mins and stop.I on the air-con at about 25 degrees while driving. Called the service center and the Malay lady told that it's normal, it's not a problem. She said it's air-con water and it happens to all cars, her car also has water dripping after on the air-con. She kept emphasized that" this is NOT a problem and it's normal" and sounds a bit unhappy to this stubborn customer who insisted this is a problem.  She also mentioned that I should go during weekday and not weekend for checking, weekend only for car service but not checking due to the festival season.

Does anyone of you having this 'normal' problem? >0<

Yup, I also have this problem,as it seems all the Nazakia Scs practise this so called "Weekend only do car servicing and Weekdays do the car checking"

Hi guys

I have been reading all the comments and am thinking to get either cerato or sportage (facelift due in this month). I am thinking to buy in end of march/early april (after getting my bonus. Hehe). My first car after four years working. Need to buy good one as need to travel between kl n kota tinggi every week after this (my wife is going to bpantang over there). Current car: my wife's 1.3 myvi (new gen)

Any SA would like to PM me your bestest package? For cerato and sportage (facelift).

Plus need your guys advise as well. I am thinking about sportage because we like SUV. plus sportage facelift is rumoured to have ventilated seats (good for very long journey). But its much more expensive than 1.6 cerato. Plus higher FC (anyone to update on sportage FC?)

Anyway. Good thread. I have been learning a lot. prefer Kia due to its value over price. RV? Nahh. Lapuk already. Its not investment. By the time nak jual, sure sudah kaya raya sebab nak upgrade higher version. Kan? Thanks guys

Do you have kids or you always use the car for a long distance travel with your family members? If yes, then you can forget about looking for Tucson or Sportage as both of their bonnet is too small to load big and many luggages in it.

Just like me, scouted or compared to get either Tucson or Sportage SUV before, but after checking the luggage space from both of them, I ended up by top up extra to get Kia K5 Sedan instead... laugh.gif tongue.gif

Cheers!

Hey guys question for the free service if we went in slightly above the recommended mileage it should be ok right? eg 1k service but mileage at 1.2k?

Also for windwasher do you guys use just water or fluid?

The SC has the rights to void your car warranty if you do not follow the service schedule. So, be warned!
