Greetings Cerato owners!

I am not one of your kind, but am seriously considering buying a Cerato K3 1.6 in the near future. I'm sure people here could go on and on about the benefits of owning a Cerato (it is the owners club after all). However, as a potential buyer naturally I'm most concerned with its weaknesses So I'd appreciate your to share your most honest and unbiased view on any problems and dissatisfactions you've had with your beloved cars.

Areas I'm particularly concerned with are
- fuel consumption
- reliability
- after sales service
- cost of servicing and spare parts
- back seat suspension and comfort of ride (my not-so-young parents will be sitting at the back)

but do highlight any other Cerato/Kia/Naza-specific problem areas too.

Just wanted to ask whether any of you took the Gzox glass coating offered in the package together with tinting from his panel tint shop. Been looking through the forums but can't really find any reviews or user experiences with this product.

My poor 1 month old Cerato kena accident 2 days ago (other driver's fault) The damage is minor, a dent on the mudguard above the front right wheel. The other driver didn't want to claim insurance and is willing to pay for my repairs.

So I need some advice from anyone who can help. Does Kia have centres that do repairs and body work? From the Naza Kia website, how can i know which centres can do repairs? Is Kia themselves doing the work or will they send to panel workshops? Can anyone recommend a centre that is good based on personal experience? Also, would you recommend sending to a Kia centre or any outside body shop would do? My concern is whether outside shops will be able to match the same shade of paint (glittering metal) as the rest of the car.

Sorry for all the questions but I'm really at a loss on what to do
