Hi...is it normal for my cerato 1.6 fc around 7.8km/100litres

After snooping around this forum for 2 weeks reading religiously from page 1, i am now a proud owner of a kia cerato 1.6     

I have not, but i'm glad to be part of the cerato family. from my reading, i can see everyone here is willing to help and assist.

Can pm me what is the latest promotion for 1.6? Can change the fabric seat to leather?

For this DRL bracket totally just using double sided tape, without screw support.
And DRL bracket screw hole don't match with original Fog Light Lamp bracket screw hole.
Too worried DRL bracket will fall down, so cancel to install this K3 DRL, and use back the original Fog Light Lamp bracket and pay RM60 installation charges.
Hope the K3 Fuel Cover will match Malaysia Kia K3.

Hi guys, I am looking at the Kx variant now and seriously need your review. I had test driven it and Im not really impressed with the power but yet its decent enough for a smooth drive. However FC is a major concern to me. I travel mostly in city and occasional weekend highway, can I have you guy`s fc feedback for the 1.6 ?

Guys, cost ketuk small dent on door how much normally?

Caused by stupid people who open their car door too harsh which cost me my left rear door to have a cute dent but yet such a pain in the eyes to see on daily basis.

small scratch maybe but small dent, i don't think can solve by touch up paint. middle of the door some more.

1 - 4.10.2014, im driving myvi. i goto serdang showroom n paid deposit rm500 for k3 kx, submitted loan docs, heard he told me car was ready stock. both me n wife recall that statement until now.
2 - loan approved, signed loan agreement on 29.10.14
3 - 30.10.14 paid balance 22k to SA. So the full payment is done at this stage. Lucky me, I found a buyer for my myvi n sold it  personally.
4 - 3.11.14 paid another sum for HO tint, insurance windscreen, buy plate number
5 - 5.11.14 i got my plate no(he didnt inform me about successful got my number, i had 2 contact him to know that my no was successfully bought). Only on this day, Sa informed me my car was still pending delivery from Kia plant in KEdah....
6 - Until today, still singing Richard Marx song...

K3 1.6 vs 2.0 FC is it the same or 1.6 more save? I mean city drive + 10% highway

Is it more save? I read paul tan review it said 1.6 vs 2.0 just 0.2l per km different.
Will 1.6 underpower? cos Cerato quite heavy compare to new honda city

I have dilemma in choosing brand of engine oil. My K3 servicing will due soon for 30k km.

Naza Kia SC only providing Petronas Synthium 3000-fully synthetic 5w30 while Kia dealer authorised SC have two choices which are Petronas Synthium 3000 & Total S-Oil 5w30 made from korea.

Previous servicing was done at Kia Authorised SC since there are 100% free servicing for 1 year and my k3 ONLY fill with this Total S-oil.

I would like to give it a chance to Petronas, but I'm not risk taker. Some owners claimed, petronas engine oil will produce louder sound & sluggish.

I cant compare for this two brands since I only stick to Total S-oil for previous 1k, 10k & 20k. However, I'm satisfied with this brand. But, I still want make a right choice for 30k servicing.

Please give advices & recommendations.
