When I called to cancel my card, a few days later, a lady called me for retention purpose. She asked me what's the real reason that I wanna cancel this card. I told her not much benefits and the hassle of getting a pin to login online banking. I was asked to go to the nearest branch to do this. She promised me will look into it and check with the relevant people.
Anyway, after a serious consideration, I called for cancellation again on Thursday after being retained.

I received this SMS too. I had to call about 2-3 times to cancel both my RHB CCs( Travel Money and Visa Signature). The last time I called, one of their reps did a report for me and said that they will proceed to cancel the card. But now when I check via RHBonline, both cards are still there and I received the same SMS too today. Does this mean that my card is still actually active?Anyway, after a serious consideration, I called for cancellation again on Thursday after being retained.
