yes, annual fee waived for both cards for the first year.

when i signed up earlier, i received a xiaomi powerbank on the spot and i signed up for 2 cards to get an additional samsonite backpack.

by the way, how do you know rhb is not keen to waive the af? as per the rhb staff informed, they will waive with just 3 swipes per year.

if you want to do full settlement earlier, you need to call the cs. so you may confirm with the cs whether there's any charges. by the way, why do you want to do full settlement now? just wait for another 2.5 months only right?
