HI All RHB user, recently RHB charged RM88 annual fee into my Myeg card, any chance to waive?

im not using my card again after swipe 3 times each, cz other ccard will had more rebate than rhb card.

RHB very easy to waive. Just call them to ask waiver.

Easy to waive and if you ask for cancellation, will waive two to three years for you. laugh.gif

My first statement exceeds RM800. Do I need to do anything to get the trolley? Just wait? Or is there any verification or confirmation to know whether the trolley is coming?

I think as long your card is approved within the promotion period and spend 800 within 60 days then should automatically entitled for the cabin bag.
Unless they have terms like while stock last doh.gif doh.gif
I guess just wait, so far I did not receive any confirmation yet.

how do i check my statement online? I don't have any other RHB account. When I try to create user account in RHB Online. I can't proceed after logging as there is a message saying that my mobile number was not registered, thereby not able to send TAC. However, when I go to the ATM machine, there is no option of setting mobile phone number. Any one have similar problem?

yes, faced the same problem last time. but my super agent is super helpful. to the extent that he came to my place and did on the spot for me.
