Just call to waive. B4 charge, call n ask how to waive, normally they will tell u after charge only can waive. So make sure they give u confirmation that can waive.

Let's say, statement out and stated membership fee or annual fee. Can I call then to wave it ? Or there's another way of doing it ?

They d charge u? If yes, just call to asked for waiver. As per the CS, he mentioned RHB will waive AF. If they yet to charge, u better call them to confirm they will waive after charge.
