- The MyKad is required for identification purpose.
- The minimum income requirement is RM24,000 per annum and above.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 21-55 years old.
- Instant Card application is valid for EPF statement account holders only.
- EPF statements are required to be printed at the RHB branch EPF machine on the day of application.
- Applications are subject to approval.
- The 10-minute issuance is applicable from point of application submission to the point of card issuance.
- The service is not applicable to RHB Platinum Business Credit Card.

The RM188 Cash Back Campaign starts from 8 March 2013.

We are pleased to inform that with effective 1 July 2012, your credit card Annual Membership Fee will be automatically waived subject to the following criteria.

Infinite Card Principal Card & Supplementary Card : Minimum accumulative spend of RM100K per annum (combined spend between Principal and Supplementary Card)
Platinum Card Principal Card & Supplementary Card : Minimum accumulative spend of RM36K per annum (combined spend between Principal and Supplementary Card) 
All Other Cards Principal Card : Minimum 12 times transactions per annum
All Other Cards Supplementary Card : Minimum 6 times transactions per annum

Note:

Eligibility for automatic Annual Fee Waiver depends on customer meeting the above criteria which is calculated from anniversary date and back date to past 12 months.
For Infinite & Platinum card which are based on combined spend, should the account have met the spend criteria, both Principal & Supplementary Cards will be waived.
The transactions to qualify for automatic Annual Fee Waiver are Retail Spend, Cash Advance, Recurring / Autobilling transactions, Cash Xcess / Easy Cash & CEPP Sales.

Effective 10 June 2013, the minimum annual income for RHB Platinum Credit Card will be RM48,000.
