This is agent's commission related. Some agents will persuade you to sign up to try a card and ask you to cancel after 6 months if you dont like it. You cancel earlier, they don't get their commission.

I once cancelled because they gave me wrong cards vs what I asked the agent to apply. Work not done properly should not get paid. Too nice to them they take you for granted. So much for 'supporting' them.....
