Happened to me during my multiple nights / multiple hotels stay in NYC few months ago.

Scene.1(Hotel near Newark Airport) : Found chewing gum under cup supplied in hotel, called up front desk, guess what they replied?



Scene.2(4 points sherraton) : Malfunctioned hair dryer, guess what front desk told me?



Seriously? The attitude and tone the front desk guy speaks in seriously pissed off me and my gf.

Scene.3(Hilton Double Tree) : NO WATER.



I stayed at 10th floor, and I can't use the restroom at all, and this is what you replied?

These happened in multiple hotels, majority of them have really terrible service for their customers.

I was being told by an old black lady while I was in LaGuardia Airport(Upon arrival from Chicago Airport) that racial discrimination is very serious here, I chatted up with some Pilots and air stewardess during my stay at the hotel near Newark Airport, they told me that local people there only treat the rich and successful well, I just didn't knew they treat the others like shit.

You met those people consider lucky, shooting, crazy and homeless people are too common in US cities.

USA actually is not a really good place for travel and holiday.
