COSE just recommended Mach 5 Mineral. Their story is that it has been tested at the production level and found that Mach 5 is better for 10k intervals no matter how aggressive your driving is. Syntium 800 Semi-Syn only suitable for 10k if driving leisurely.

Seriously confusing.. all the things that I thought I knew about engine oil are now in doubt -.-

you make me confusing also ma. mad.gif whistling.gif

how do you know the story? well, just stick to the original theory you got. use SS for 5K and 10K for FS. in my case, use SS drag until 7K only change EO. lol.

so beware when visiting COSE for service. later they put in Mach 5 Mineral in your car whistling.gif

API in PJ is decreased. Mahihi saved! thumbup.gif

Itulah pasal. I'm staying with SS for now. Will ask a few Proton people before my next major service. If really got new memo, then might as well get Mach 5...anything happen to engine, warranty still got.
