1) Vibration on nanas(flexi hose), do in SC will take forever. Need many follow up, need to f*** a lot of people before can get it done. Do outside, around RM100 change to a new nanas. Void exhaust pipe warranty, but complete within 1 hour. Or may be you argue with them when wanna warranty, you sei SC get people outside do it for you. If I'm not mistaken that's what the SC does to dares car, get outsource magician to fix the nanas in Plotong SC. If it really IS the nanas issue, I'd probably go outside settle jor. Take 1 day leave ady loss more than 100 bucks

2) It's the cock clock spring. Spray lubricant can't solve the sound. Grease can.

Usually this does not happen to BLM - B line/N line because they don't have airbag. We can dismantle the clock spring and regrease ourself with no problem at all. So I guess your car is exec or SE came with airbag, SC dare not open the whole thing and grease for you. They usually open up the honk module and spray WD40 on the surface only. By the time you reach home, those WD40 probably lesap ady

3) Timing belt does not emit noise. When timing belt got noise, your cam gear/crank shaft already gone case liao because belt slip. You probably need a new engine by then. The tikus noise you heard is from the accessories belt(old school call it FAN BELT). When this piece of rubber band start emitting noise, there are 3 possibilities
a) pulley/tensioner are not properly allign. Edge of the belt grind with pulley. Will get noisier and noisier until belt snap
b) belt surface is cracking, edge of the belt grind with pulley. Will get noisier and noisier until belt snap
c) tensioner loosen/kena water soaked resulting belt slippage. symptoms like turning corner half way suddenly power steering become heavy unable to correct. pickup from standstill the tikus sound become very loud like those iswaga taxi pickup from traf*** lite. If tensioner can be tighten, tighten it might help reduce such slippage. If tensioner rosaked, it's best change it before the belt kena detached and hit on your other accessories under the hood. If only water soaked, probably it will dry within 10km distance of driving.

Usually SC will spray WD40 on the belt to let it temporary shut up. If they do that, the oil will temporary soften the rubber, but it will also speed up the surface cracking. If they plan to spray, you must stop them from doing that. Better go home get a piece of candle, rub the candle on the belt edge/surface. It will protect/extend your belt life and remove tikus sound.
