eon is now same as proton edar? why when i inquired a saga from eon, they say must service at eon service center? if go other centres , they say maybe later got problem with any warranty claim....

looks a bit messy with all this dealerships.

so is it better to just go direct to proton edar branch to get a saga ?

Just to let you know, grounding kit is for car that has less conductive chassis, to provide a return path of electricity. If you already installed with erictioh grounding kit, Ular Oren will do very little effect because the grand sifu already grounded most possible point.

Reason I make the Ular Oren is for people who have no grounding kit in their car. And ofcourse some of us despite having existing grounding kit, to add on another extra thick grounding cable just to provide another highway path for smoother traffic. I discover the usage of the engine hook by accident. Before the discovery I already have erictioh VS in my car, the thing is besides of aircond kick in reduce, there are very minimal effect. Until 1 fine day I left my jump start cable hook at the engine hook and be forgotten it in there. The time I drove the car figured throttle lag had greatly reduced. Engine response has been improved quite drastically.

It's not magic. It's not performance product. It's neither ayam trying to sell anything. Most people know voltage stabilizer works best with grounding cable. Ayam the only ignorant keep saying car is new no need grounding kit until the accidental discovery. Doing a 5ft long 300amp cable with high grade copper lugs for RM20 is plain idiotic. If anyone dare to say me earn money or going commercial, I will so b**** slap the motherf***er.

Again I would like to emphasize, I'm not an electrical engineer. It's all discovered by accident. To me, the only point I trust is the back engine hook. But hey, the front engine hook is also hook on the cylinder head, by right there's no different if you hook at the front. Some may ask whether can put more Ular Oren in the car, for your case put on both engine hook. My opinion in this is totally negligible. Our alternator only generate as much as 90amps, using a 300amp cable is consider overkill already. If added another 300amps on the same cylinder head, again I think the effect will be very minimal, probably close to none.

Perhaps, go and install erictioh's VS and GC first. If you decided RM20 is small price to pay, then just put 1 in the car aside than what you have already purchased from eric. For me, do or no do the Ular Oren also no problem geh, so don't worry or think if turn me down whether will offend me

what they cut cost in SV is mostly Add-ons stuff like the paint jobs, first aid kit, coil mats(-.-) etc etc.(all these can go do your ownself for few hundred $ to cover it up and then it looks exactly like a standard or exec) and SV got + more safety feature than older flx.. So isn't that a good thing?

CVT. this car will be mainly drive by a girl. she doesnt want manul. so buy CVT.

I already asked the sales person, SV is also FLX it's just different (dont know how to say) lines.. SV also got 2 airbags(thats why i say SV got + safety features than current FLX standard, other safety features include the V bar thingy) As I know only flx exec has abs, ebd not sure..

As for the internals, the SV using all the same as current FLX leh, nothing changed.

There are stuffs that they might reduced as well that you don't see.

For example, when the FLX came out we found that it did not have the foam behind the bumper and bitumen coating in the wheel arches. These are the things that they cut cost on and never tell you.

Anyway, you just buy within your means la. I won't recommend Viva even if I have to take a bus.

interested to get one but some are saying saga is high fc even though with cvt..

as fot the sv, the price cut is very clear with the reduction of certain accesories. the car is basicallt the same so i dont thinkk there will be any problems.

for your flx, does it come with side mirror controls?
