i skip this project when they sell to me at 650K with discount. that is very long time ago. way before the pilings. i skip because i can't fetch the rental of 3K per month. it's more targeted to student. I might be wrong, but that's my opinion. smile.gif

hmm... the unit ain't cheap. if no mistake, nusmetro increase the price. shud be RM 800K ++ for 1000 sqft. 2.5K can't even cover the instalment. 3K also difficult to cover instalment. smile.gif but overall, good concept.
