Hm.. Technically it is 2+1 rooms... Another room is without window.. Looking at layout.. Easily can add another 2-3 rooms with windows for sublet strategy.

Be prepare for maintenance fee up by 50% when the defect period is over... 8+1 lifts for each block with about 350 units...

When a development is over ran by Airbnb businesses... This bound to open. Operators will move on and find new condos. Only owners are left holding worn out property that need substantial fund to renovate.

Many owners simply are too short term.

Unless the majority of airbnb operators also owners then the property maybe well taken care.
