300k is way too low.... look at the old property prices surrounding arte. Arte is newer n higher class, the price wont be lower than gcb court right beside the elements. Or the older apartments in ampang.
Before they start attracting lower class tenants, the other older apartment tenants will shift to arte 1st. |

Too many waterfish buyers. But i think now is a good time to have the 5 year to flip dream for this prop.
