That's why once in a while I came to visit this tread to check whether the story is true.. From the numbers of auction seen here, it became apparent the story was true.

Something to do with cash back & compressed loan. But one more thing out of ordinary that can't be revealed.

After the Arte case, most banks choose not to give 90% loan to any project that offers cashback. Maximum is only 85%. Those "buyers" ran away after getting the cashback and the banks learned the lesson in hard way.

I knew the story because the bank offers me 85% only for my purchase since they find out that the developer is giving cash back. I ask the banker why and he told me the story.

So eager/early to buy? Wait until loan moratorium ends la, fire sale should come in 2021 when banks start taking action on loan defaulters (banks usually only start taking action after 3 months of failed loan repayment). Later cheaper and more selection.

M city lelong also come out liao. Maybe a little while more reizz residence and pavilion embassy (still incomplete) also join the lelong party too.

Lets see what the market has to offer before buying. Arte+ currently has more than 10 units pending anyway.
