GST is applied on both commercial and residential for project that has not completed on 1st April 2014. :cry:

M City got 1500 units+commercial over 4.95 acres, elements 1000 units over 2.7 acres, arte 1163 over 2 acres, astoria 1216 units over 5.7 acres (i jus google the project name n acres tongue.gif ) Total: 5000/15.30= 325 UNITS PER ACRE |

i heard developer giving out recurring income for 2 years as below:
