we just pay 5k to "book" the so call "priority booking" to choose unit on 1/10 I think. if don like then fully refund wo...then no harm to try try la.
Then he intro me the Penang arte n I just read it at other thread. mostly r complaining about it.... sweat.gif

One of their staff told me indicative price starting from RM800psf before discount. Discount is 10% for limited units only. DIBS included smile.gif

3 Towers, just next to Elements. First tower to be launch one side will face Elements, in fact will be blocking each other. This mean that Elements one side future view will be blocked...?

Each unit has its private lift - unique selling point

Each floor 8 units and total 10 lifts, 8 to individual units and 2 public lifts

Leasehold

From the floor plan, saw "Meeting Room", "Directors' Room"...SA said it's SOHO under HDA...???

Asked downstairs is it retail, answer is not finalise yet...

Launch in 6 weeks time

The Element facing KLCC view is selling RM1200 psf now, and these ARTE will be blocking Element's KLCC view. Sad news for Elements buyer that aiming for KLCC view.

Arte+ comes with private lift for each unit which is great, sadly is leasehold.

MRT is not confirmed. This area is quite old, time to revamp Ampang. Alwaz go kampong baru ampang to eat yong tau fu. Yum
