it says, read your work contract clauses carefully, and never sign and let them ask you to sign on the spot....
1. I will not work 1 hour for free, if my working contract does not say that.
2. Compensation or severance package for firing me, will suit the situation... IF I sue, I will have my lawyer validate it is due to business is bad, hiring an external auditor to validate the facts....else... the company is gonna eat humble pie!.
It seems easy to say "Fire you" ...said then done....
when you know contacts in legal rights, it not that easy to abuse Labour law that easy.
