Anyway let me share you my experience

I am using ASTRO + XBMC (customized , to look like Apple TV , tweaked more so that I can stream stuff from my iPad/iPhone directly)

With XBMC , I've a bunch of plugins installed. Can't recall , just too many and too many of it have been tweaked

Of course I'm paying for UnoTelly , to watch Hulu , BBC iPlayer (latest Top Gear or what-not) http://www.unotelly.com/unodns/ . With the apps from XBMC , I can watch it on my TV

Of course you may wonder how , basically I got a Windows media center remote that works great with XBMC. There is no need for me to use keyboard etc. Just do it via remote like how one would operate astro
