I took the UK Premium for web and xbmc - cheapest
Last night watched football without lag or buffer and better coverage than those on A$$trow

14 pounds but to me it's well worth it coz I get to watch it on my phone, media player, tablet and everywhere and dont have to listen to the 'local presenters' that cant get a job at SKY or Al Jazeera Sports

I was on the 1 week free trial and got hooked - lol

XBMC and perfect

I got rid of Astro 3 years ago
my heavily tweaked xbmc gives me all the channels I need incl sky sports , bein Fox sports etc etc etc until cannot watch

Wish I could - since I am not into cooking shows cant help you out.
There are some channels such as Good Food ( I get them in 720 ) and others like Nightmare kitchen and stuff.

BTW what device are you on?

Maybe he hook the device to his 2inch for reception

Sky Sports has a dedicated F1 channel so I dont have to deal with hearing those announcers that Astro shove in our face
