Huh? China, America and Europe are left hand drive (apart from England). So cars are typically developed for those markets, and later then converted to right hand drive. Not always successfully (I find it worse when the handbrake/gearknob are not in the center, and they fail to turn those around!).
Can you fit a coke can into the glovebox? Then the aircon makes sense...
In my LHD Citroen Xsara the glove box was full sized, fuses was on the left side I believe (not sure though), and the bonnet lever too. In the RHD Kangoo the glove box is, well, there isn't one, but it is full sized (there is no door...). The fuses are on the left too, but underneath the glovebox. Bonnet lever is on the left.
it's odd because from some european reviews of LHD PSA cars the glove box is still small and the fuse box is still in the glovebox like the RHD cars.... Can you fit a coke can into the glovebox? Then the aircon makes sense...
