inside shell32.dll. open your shell32.dll using resbuilder or resedit. go to bitmap folder and hit "+" to expand it's tree. scroll down a bit and look for

what is resbuilder and resedit?
can i use it to modify the icon for my default my music, my picture and my video icons?

yes, you can modify your picture, video icons using resedit.
get it here.
if im not mistaken, resedit = resbuilder. unsure.gif
