Those are the standard buttons.
Right click on a empty space near it, select standard button.

inside shell32.dll. open your shell32.dll using resbuilder or resedit. go to bitmap folder and hit "+" to expand it's tree. scroll down a bit and look for

• 205 (1033)
• 206 (1033)
• 207 (1033)
• 214 (1033)
• 215 (1033)
• 216 (1033)
• 217 (1033)
• 225 (1033)
• 226 (1033)
• 227 (1033)
• 228 (1033)

there's where those icons located. if that what you mean.

yes, you can modify your picture, video icons using resedit.

if im not mistaken, resedit = resbuilder.
