My Yahoo Mail Account Hacked, Cannot Access

Dear Sifus here..
I have just try to log into my yahoo accounts and the message in the attached document appear: After I click "agree", I find out that I can no longer access to the yahoo mail although I damn sure that that is the correct password. It seem like I have been hacked and password already changed. Yahoo security keep request security questions if I intend to reset my password, but unfortunately, I can't remember. Is there anything I could do?  TQ
