At most, phase 4 is to test the servers limit that's all.

I rather have them to prolong Phase 3.

Give more content to test and then address all the possible issues.

I love playing with other players from other countries but for god sake why most of the japanese players never bother using the auto-translate feature? Not even "Hello" or "Good Morning". Next time I see JP players start typing stuff without ever giving the auto-translate a try I'm gonna start typing in malay. In fact I will write "JP bodoh dan kurang ajar!"...

Hiragana is mostly used for everyday use. Katakana is usualy for foreign words or english words.

Katakana is actually the harder one as the sound can very quite a bit. Hiragana sound is more "fixed" and doesn't very too much. Kanji well... is always the hard one

Yeah not all JP players are good. Yesterday in coppermine with JP black mage and white mage, couldnt get past the 2nd boss. Whm was running all over the place trying to avoid getting hit from adds, took the mobs away from my flash range and then because the mobs are running everywhere I couldnt use my riot blade combo to get back mp so I ran out of mp eventually. Wipe galore lol.

Another JP party I joined for Halatali run, the last boss they ignored the red tail until they see me start to hit it. But thankfully the healer was skilled so we managed to stay alive to kill the boss.

But I digress, the main dissatisfaction I have is mainly is that most JP players I encounter are either too proud of their own language and don't want to communicate using auto-translate or they don't know how to use it which I find that unlikely. I never questioned their skills and even if they suck I won't complain about it coz it's a game and people will learn eventually how to play properly. Also I never admit I'm good so who am I to complain if we wipe alot. Chances are, I screwed up tanking also

How do you actually group of 25 of them.punctuality definitely is a big problem since i been playing a game which has 8 man for dungeon and we call for 10pm and we end up 10.30-11pm only we start our raid LOL.

How do you guys solve this problem and confirm among that 25 there is those who wont bother reading/watching guide/video to know more of the dungeon mechanic ending up wipe and facepalm.
