Is because in Eorzea, Primals are consider God-like being. Summoning to do your every bidding and in an MMO environment kind of kill the Pimals = God. So they are thinking of making a Primal that was conquered by a FC able to summon it in one zone. When it is summon, the whole area weather will change, eg. if Ifrit is to be summon in Black Brush, the weather will change, everyone can see that Ifrit was summoned.

u need to defeat the primal 1st.... then u get 2 week duration to use it... 1 time only! 1 server 1 type of primal each.... rebut2 ppl will kill it lol

this i dont know, it could be that is a 1 time summon where it deal a lot of damage then terus blah, like a traditional summoning.

Imagine if we can summon Alexander (big 'castle' who shoot beams) and Knights of Rounds with all 13 attacks lol..

very minor difference that it wont really matter at all, only the first 10 level got difference... after level 10 is pretty much the same.. difference of 1-4 points only. which really doesn't do much at all.
