how the new update improve the GN2?much better battery usage or worst?

guys,i been having problem with my playstore..cant install /update apps.always pop up error message 491..

been thru the internet and done the recomenndation which is reboot,remove the acct,wipe dalvik cache and so on..its ok for a while but later having the same problem again.any advice? coincidentaly my fren using gn2 oso have same problem 491..both of us root..using stock rom..and not having install any apk pirated.

But I wonder how aspire can take superb picture using note2...browsing his flickr pictures...oh mai.

Any solution or suggestion abt my problem wt playstore..please..huuu3
