Anyone on Assasin ROM? As far as I know, Assasin ROM normally didn't include latest modem to the ROM and we can select the modem of our choice in aroma. Is it correct?

SOS..i tried the steps found here on how to decompile and recompile..manage to change and recompile but when try to sign the apk..there isn't any signed apk showing in the folder..compared to what is being posted..I have this additional line in my command line..

Usage: signapk publickey.x509[.pem] privatekey.pk8 input.jar output.jar

and following the comments..instead of signing..they suggest to copy pasting the meta-inf, manifest and classes.dex from original SystemUi to modified SystemUi which I cant find the meta-inf in the original SystemUi.apk..so how did you go about it? or did you just directly bypass the sign-apk steps? any probs so far?

edit: nvm..I relocate the signapk folder for easy access and now it works..still..wonder if you did bypass the apk signing tho

Pls know the risk before u flash. The ME6 & MF2 instability epidemic is still at large. Back up your EFS if u need to flash.

FML, just now all of a sudden my camera was not connected..

Morning guys! Eh wanna ask, just a random questions anyone.

Another friend of mine using GN2 too, but he bought his one around 6 months back and I helped him flash in the pre rooted rom last night.

And strange thing is, I not sure but his unit seems got sluggish / lagging once battery saving mode been turn on. This even happens in newly flash system which have no other apps been installed in. As long as batt saving mode on, the animation and performance seems slow, can see it from naked eyes.

Yet, mine seems no diff in term of performance regardless or batt saving on or off. Wonder any sifu here know whats happen.

anyways, how come the Sentinel ROM updater app shows 4.75 is available but its not available anywhere else? (xda / facebook / g+)?

usually mods like those are better off obtained by doing it on your own, because those people who provide them usually use different roms and have different tweaks, along other configurations as well. they can fail during flashing with various results (really depends on what you flash). worst case scenario would be soft bricks i believe, at least that's the worst that happened to me so far. also for this notification pulldown mod, there's no actual guide on xda regarding how to do it unlike the transparent status bar.

Notification pull down picture is just a png. Depending on you are using simplistic or 23 toggle or normal etc you just have to find the png and replace it. But i remember there were some issue with changing the background for simplistic.

problem is i'm too lazy to find the file location to replace the pic lol.
