custom roms offer more tweaks enable

The tweaks from custom rom have little effects for battery savings. Most are not related.

yes, i know, but most bloatware already taken and some are already tune-up for better performance

I will reserve my comment on that , but what i am trying to state is please do not imply custom rom will give better battery saving which will mislead new users to custom rom as this is not true.

situation one, custom kernel + stock roms, with data 24/7, my average sot is 5-6 hours
situation two, custom kernel + custom roms with data 24/7, my average sot is 6-7 hours sometimes 8hours

Nah not many people appreciate. Now focus on my life goal. Aim to hit at least 1M within this year. Feel like its a waste of time to focus.

update 2: seems there's some dissing going on at the Domination ROM about Sentinel's overzealous "Performance and Stability" updates and "latest mali drivers" ... This calls for a new ROM!

About the article I posted yesterday on Android vulnerability.

I was taking a quick read on G+ where a similar article was rehashed by Chris Pirillo. The article got 500+ comments on G+ so I started reading them.

It seems that the basis of the article is dubious as there are no sources or background statistics. I must apologise for undue concern as I did post the updated article around midnight stating that you just need to take commonsense precautions such as not visiting brothels and shady places unlike alexng2208 and his lorong belakang outings.

Anyway, whatever the case, any platform does have its flaws and antt00 was the first one to point out after I posted the first link.

Yes, the backup function creates a set of files known as the "nandroid".

the difference between this and the backup in twrp is this is stored in cloud and the other in phone memory?

this one no need to boot to custom recovery mode

both can be selected to be in cloud or moon or on phone

obackup not too reliable when it comes to restoring said backups

in tibu just select 'backup all user apps + system data' to backup. then when wan restore just select ' restore all apps with data' or 'restore all system data' ?
