If you do not intend to flash custom ROMs, you should not have any issues.
I mean, Playstore gives you the latest versions. Sometimes new bugs get introduced. I remember now you were saying all of a sudden you had wakelocks. Such is the nature of software.

I see, i'm usually on the latest version for every apps as long there's an prompt for me to update them.

Any great apps out there that can control when to turn on WiFi and enable sync apart from DSBS, Tasker and Lamma Llama?

I recall there was an app written by the same dev for BetterBatteryStats that does that. Check it out in the play store.

This I think https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?...betterwifionoff

Please proceed, so far out of 1 out of 4 of my naked Note 2s are cracked.... Which means the chances of cracking it is proven to be 25%

Must have missed the link earlier. Anyway, do you have a picture of the phone and charger working together? Would like to see how odd the size of the Note 2 is compared to the LG charger.
Probably too good to compare laugh.gif

Until today I have no idea how to shoot nice photos with my Note II. I basically gave up on it. Some say Note II produces nicer photos than S2 but based on my own experience, my Note II's photos are not anywhere like my friend's S2.

Even my aunt also has issues in snapping nice photos on her S3.

rclxub.gif

I'm not sure what exactly is the issue, played with the settings but seems like nothing works well. The only reason I could think of is most of the time I shoot indoor.

These days I have no choice but to bring my 5D+L lenses for my travels (even though a short one), Note II just doesn't do any justice for me. laugh.gif

In short, I'm noob. laugh.gif

Note 2 and S3's metering system is unbrainable.

Matrix is pointless.
Spot, you can't select the point you want the camera to set the exposure.
Only center is brainable, which pretty much all metering modes are center.

Thou flashing to CM10.1 allows you to tap to focus and adjust exposure with their camera app.

Those are some pretty steady shots at low ISO

Flash is essential in low light conditions. Look at these two shots. Dark, blurry and noisy.

((Xa))0102, learn how to add spoiler when posting humongous photos.
I have added for you this time.

And most of the time, the flash just makes things worse.
If it is my Canon 580EX II, that's perfectly fine because it makes my life easier. rolleyes.gif

Note II's flash sometimes makes things overexposed. laugh.gif

But again to be fair, it is just a phone.

Oh paiseh. Didn't noticed it was big since I'm on the mobile site. Thanks yea smile.gif

Usually I would use another phone's flashlight to illuminate my subject. Since I can't bounce my flash off the celling nor diffuse it.

Sorry if I'm making you people hungry in the middle of the night.

Nice shot of KL from Little Genting. The last time I tried taking a shot was dark and noisy.

ISO set to auto and +2 exposure. Setting the ISO too 8)) made it darker.

I wish I could do long exposures with the Note 2 like my iPhone did, which was made possible by the use of 3rd party apps.

I've migrated from Google Chrome to the stock Internet browser. Battery consumption for web browsing is 30% lesser on the stock browser.
