I think for this to succeed you need to FIRST have a backed up EFS right?
*

Just curious why you didn't try out the SIM when you got the phone.

according to her, the EFS folder is still there, only the wrong kernel cannot somehow read the IMEI correctly

so, flash the stock MF2 ROM to enable the correct IMEI, then copy out the EFS folder as per instructions

btw, who's the seller? you should make complaint

OT but of national interest:

http://apims.doe.gov.my/apims/hourly3.php?date=2013-06-25

So now they have selectable date and hourly updates.

Good for DOE

how to copy out EFS if install stock rom? need to root back?

this is the seller.. Steven4297

but i think make complaint wont solve anything because the phone still like that unless he wants to refund which i think he's not.. so i think i should focus on how to make this things work...

I know. But to think that the XZU squarely targetted Note 2 and Note 3 to top Samsung. Yes, Samsung had better do something good.

I'm intrigued by the screen technology that does not require an active digitizer. I wonder if it's a Sony inhouse technology.

Makes my note 2 looks boring.

FULL HD display + water proof + mini handset woo cool.

I guess samsung know this is coming so they keep throwing everything they have to the market like galaxy mega 6.3

it's too late for Samsung to do anything about the Note 3 by now.
Design would have almost been completed and probably now is in the final legal certification phase.
I hope Note 3 is a not a disappointment like the S4 to the S3 sweat.gif

and yeah, I like the big screen and slimness of the ZU too laugh.gif

After spending an hour wiping data, /cache, /dalvikcache, /sdcard and flashing Wanamlite v1.3 again, installing all the bloatwares together.

This time round, without restoring anything, spent another hour restoring all my installed apps. My FB, Twitter, Instagram notifications are back. Now I dare not to Greenify nor freeze anything just to retain my Push Notifications.

Despite the clean reset, some wakelocks still persist but as a whole the wakelock issue got worse. Most of them are from Google and Facebook which I don't have before I did the restore.

Did you restore by playstore download or TiBu restore? Playstore dowload will give you the latest versions which may have new issues...
