He was too busy finding something that's "too cheap to be true".The so-called "Kastam confiscated item" is the oldest trick in the book. Can't believe some people still fall for it.
To threadstarter, you will never catch the scammer.
He gave you someone else's IC to scam you.
The real scammer paid the sad SOAB so that he can borrow his account & IC to cover himself.
Take this as a hard lesson, next time, don't fall for such a trick. Learn to use common sense.
