Near to nowhere.. isn't cheap even 600psf. Very run down area

What's your expected psf after vped?
Rental yield? Still investable? Can seen Some1 from investor last time to agent tday๐anyway, up to Any1 who like to tiup property still can invest. ๐ |

After this pandemic Boleh land economic also hardly pick up and improve due to excellence politicians in Bolehland.
