It should be at least 30k more expensive for Tower B (much higher if facing PNB). The cheaper units will be podium facing however do check out the sense of space btween the blocks (red arrow in picture)..

Facilities block a&b better than c?

Summary of what the SA told me for Block B. Block A is almost sold out, and Block C info yet to be released.

- Type A faces facility (This is the only unit with 2 bedrooms, the rest are >=3)
- Type B faces 118 tower and stadium merdeka. But there's a plot of land in front of type B. They said it's likely going to be low rise development (TBC). If want to be safe can get floor above 35 but limited units left.
- There are 2 units in Type C. Unit-1 faces the green land (future unknown development) and the other Unit-6 faces botanical garden in the opposite direction. Unit 6 is the more popular one.
- Type D and E and bigger corner units that generally don't have an unobstructed view.
- Generally the lowest floors (9,10,11) are avoided due to being too close to the facility or obstructed view. But they are also the cheapest units.
